What's specific about Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

South-East Queensland's $2M to $20M operators are weighted toward home services, trades-adjacent SaaS, lifestyle DTC, and tourism-related businesses. The acquisition mix tilts more toward Google search and Local Service Ads than Sydney or Melbourne, with Meta carrying a lighter load in most categories.

The recurring issue we see here is bid management on Google: Smart Bidding optimised for the wrong action (a phone-tap, not a confirmed booking), with the resulting CAC drift hidden inside an otherwise plausible-looking dashboard.

Tourism-related businesses have the additional problem of seasonality masking attribution issues. Q3 and Q4 always look fine. Q1 and Q2 always look broken. Sometimes that's seasonality. Sometimes the measurement just falls apart at low volume.

Do we need to be in the same city?
No. We work nationally. Most engagements run on a weekly call cadence with shared documents in between. We'll come on-site if it helps the work, paid travel separate.
What size business do you actually take?
Annual revenue between $2M and $20M. Below that, the engagement is too expensive for the lift. Above that, you usually need a different shape of help than we sell.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed-scope quarterly engagements. The number depends on the breadth of work. We send a written proposal after the strategy session. No hourly billing, no retainer drift.
What if our ad spend is lower than $20K a month?
Then the attribution piece may not be worth our fee. Take the Scale Guide and the Profit Audit instead. Come back when the spend justifies the rebuild.
