The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law to the extent they cannot be excluded.

6. Third‑Party Services

The Services may rely on or link to third‑party platforms (for example: CRM, analytics, ad networks). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and policies.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and is intended to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of NSW have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith by negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may seek relief in the courts of NSW.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with the effective date above.
