Google Ads agency · Brisbane · Hamilton office · Google Partner
A Brisbane Google Ads agency that follows the call through to the invoice.
Brisbane's commercial mix leans toward services: trades, clinics, professional firms. For most of them the Google Ads conversion is a phone call, and the phone call is where tracking breaks. We run Google Ads from our Hamilton office, connect calls and enquiries to the jobs and invoices in your system, then bid on the work you actually win.

Context
Why Brisbane services businesses lose track of their Google Ads.
A plumber, a physio or a conveyancer rarely sells on the website. The customer clicks an ad, rings, gets a quote, and the job is booked days later in ServiceM8, a practice system or a CRM. Google sees the click and maybe the call. It never sees the job.
So the account optimises for what it can see. Calls are counted whether they were a wrong number or the biggest job of the month, and the campaigns that produce lots of short, cheap calls look like winners. The bidding learns the wrong lesson and repeats it every day.
The fix is to send Google the outcome. Capture the click ID with each call and enquiry, carry it into your job or practice system, and import the booked job back with its value. Google accepts those imports up to 90 days after the click, long enough for most quotes to turn into work.
Deliverables
What a Brisbane Google Ads engagement covers.
01
Call tracking that ties each call to the ad and keyword behind it, with short and missed calls kept out of what bidding counts.
02
Click IDs captured on forms and calls and written into ServiceM8, Tradify, simPRO, AroFlo, HubSpot or whichever system books your work.
03
Booked jobs and invoices imported back into Google Ads with their values, so bidding favours the searches that turn into paid work.
04
Location targeting set to people in your service area, with the suburbs you do not cover excluded.
05
Weekly management of Search, call assets, budgets and search terms, with every decision written down.
06
Working sessions at our Hamilton office or yours, at no extra charge for Brisbane and South-East Queensland clients.
Services
The Google Ads work we run for Brisbane businesses.
Built for businesses where the sale happens on the phone or after a quote, and run out of our Hamilton office.
Search campaigns
Service and suburb intent, tight match types, and search terms read weekly so the budget is not spent on work you do not do.
More on Search campaignsCall tracking
Calls from ads and from the website attributed to the keyword, with call length and outcome deciding what counts.
Offline conversion import
Booked jobs and paid invoices from your job-management system or CRM sent back to Google with their values.
More on Offline conversion importEnhanced conversions for leads
Hashed contact details from your forms used to match enquiries to clicks, so fewer conversions go missing.
Performance Max
Added only where there is enough conversion volume to feed it, and kept off the brand searches you would win anyway.
Booked-job reporting
Cost per booked job and revenue by campaign in Looker Studio, checked against your system every month.

Website builds, where the landing page is the real problem, are quoted separately after the call. Ad photography and video stay with your team or a specialist we recommend.
Side by side
How this differs from a typical Brisbane Google Ads agency.
Typical Brisbane setup
- Every call counted as a lead
- Cost per lead as the headline
- Bidding on form fills and calls of any length
- Targets anyone showing interest in Brisbane
- Monthly report by email
Profit Geeks, Hamilton
- Only calls that became jobs counted as wins
- Cost per booked job as the headline
- Bidding on booked work, imported with its value
- Targets people in the suburbs you service
- Weekly decisions in writing, plus on-site sessions
Who this is for
- Brisbane or South-East Queensland services business spending $20K or more a month on Google Ads
- Trade business from about $500K in revenue and $1,500 a month in ad spend
- Sells by phone or quote, with a job-management system or CRM in place
- Wants to meet the people running the account, in Hamilton or on site
Who it isn't
- Wants more calls whether or not they turn into work
- Has no record of which enquiries became jobs, and no plan to start one
- Wants a set-and-forget campaign and a monthly report
- Under about $2M in revenue outside the trades, still proving the offer
Proof, in numbers

What you actually buy
We fix the measurement, then we run the account. It starts with a free call.
Which of these sounds like your week?
- Meta says one number, Google says another, the CRM says a third, and the bank says something else again.
- The leads come in and most of them are rubbish.
- Traffic is fine. Not enough of them buy.
- You cannot spend more without losing margin.
- Something is wrong and you cannot say what.
All five are the same job. We fix the measurement first, then the same senior operators run the spend against it. The free call is where we work out which part you need first.

Run your own numbers
Six calculators and an attribution reference. Work out your break-even ROAS, your CAC payback, and whether the spend is structurally profitable, before you talk to anyone. The calculators need no signup.
01 · Free · 30 minutes
The profit audit call
A senior operator looks at your real spend, revenue and attribution gap on a call. You leave with a written fix list you keep, whether or not we ever work together. No deck, no follow-up sales sequence. We reply within one business day with three times to choose from.
02 · Optional · Two weeks
The two-week diagnostic
Read-only. We change nothing in your accounts. Every tag, event and consent rule mapped and written up: 20 to 35 pages, every issue rated P0 to P3 with an engineering-day estimate, and a 90-minute walk-through on day twelve. Yours to hand to us, your own team, or your existing agency. About a third of clients run this first, then decide.
03 · The engagement · Ongoing
The rebuild, then we run it
The first twelve weeks rebuild the measurement server-side so the reports reconcile to the bank, and work the funnel where the leak actually is. From there the same senior operators keep running Google Ads, Meta and search, with budget, bids and creative decided weekly against contribution margin and the reasoning written down. If your measurement is already sound, management starts straight away.
What it costs
Four things set the number
- The size of your stack
- How many ad platforms are live
- The state of your CRM integration
- How many service lines and locations you run
Two things do not
- Your industry
- How much you spend on ads
Revenue only matters because a bigger business is usually a bigger scope. We do not price off a percentage of it. We charge for the work, not for what you look like you can afford.
How it is billedThe rebuild is fixed scope, paid in instalments. Ongoing management is a fixed fee for the agreed scope. Both are quoted in one written proposal after the call. No hourly billing and no percentage of ad spend.
Included at no extra costThe written playbook and decision log, yours to keep whether we run the account or your team takes it in-house.
Where to go next
The rest of the work, by service and by city.
Most engagements pull from more than one of these. If you're not sure where you fit, the free profit audit is the right starting point. We'll tell you on the call.

Proof, with the working shown
We'd rather show you the maths than the buzzwords.
“Profit Geeks rebuilt our whole sales engine, and not just the ad accounts. They went after the systems sitting behind them too. Sales are up 140% and we've pushed past $25M. Honestly the bit I didn't see coming was the operation running leaner than it did back when we were half the size.”
“We were quietly bleeding about a thousand dollars a week and had no idea why. They found the leaks, sorted out the measurement and the offer, and now we'll do more than $10K in a single day. Same product. Completely different business.”
“We went from scraping together two installs a week to running four crews and fifteen-plus jobs a week, north of $10M turnover. The clever bit was they tied the scaling to what we could actually deliver, so growth never broke the operation. Booked jobs, not vanity leads.”
“After iOS, our Meta numbers stopped matching the bank, and we'd basically been writing the gap off as “just tracking.” Profit Geeks rebuilt our measurement server-side and reconciled it straight back to the P&L. Turned out about $1.42M of ad spend in year one had been working all along. They're the first team that showed me the maths instead of a dashboard.”
“We didn’t spend a dollar more on ads. What they did was fix how we counted a booked job versus a platform “conversion,” cut the wasted spend, and by week twelve our blended ROAS had more than tripled. Revenue went from $4.8M to $9.1M. Same senior bloke on every call too. No juniors, no relay race.”
Reasonable questions
What you're probably thinking.
01
We've been burned by an agency before.
Most of our intake has. The difference is structural. A senior operator runs your account, not a junior hidden behind a dashboard, and you leave the first call with written findings you own even if we never work together. No relay race, no account manager translating between you and the people doing the work.
02
How do I know it'll actually work for my business?
You don't yet, and neither do we until we've seen your numbers. That's why the first step is a diagnostic, not a contract. We've documented this in DTC and home services (the case studies show the full working) and run the same playbook in professional services. If the maths isn't there for you, we'll tell you on the call.
03
What if there's nothing worth fixing?
Then you've spent thirty minutes and walked away with a second opinion that cost you nothing. We'd rather say no than take on an engagement we can't earn, so we turn away intake that isn't a fit. There's no pitch and no follow-up sales sequence.
04
What does it cost, and what am I signing up for?
A fixed fee for the measurement rebuild, then a fixed fee for ongoing management, both quoted in writing after the call. No per-channel markup and no percentage of your ad spend. The same senior operators handle measurement, media and margin, and scaling is tied to your contribution margin, so spend only climbs when the numbers say it's working.
Frequently asked
What operators ask before booking the call.
How much does a Google Ads agency cost in Brisbane?
Brisbane agencies use the same fee models as the rest of the country: a percentage of ad spend, usually 10 to 20 percent and dropping as spend climbs, or a flat monthly retainer, commonly $1,500 to $3,000 for a small account and $3,000 to $8,000 for a mid-sized one. For a services business, the useful test is cost per booked job with the fee included. We quote one fixed fee for the work we agree, unrelated to how much you spend, in writing after the free audit call. If the numbers do not stack up at your spend, we will say so on the call.
How much a Google Ads agency costs in AustraliaAre Google paid ads worth it for a services business?
Usually, because Search reaches people at the moment they have the problem. They stop being worth it when the account pays for calls that never become jobs, or competes for suburbs you cannot service. In one home services engagement, Google search leads closed at 22 percent against 6 percent from a lead marketplace, so the cheaper leads were the expensive ones. Your own job data can answer the question properly.
Is $10 or $20 a day enough for Google Ads?
For a trade or services business, it buys a few clicks a day, not a steady flow of jobs. Twenty dollars a day is about $600 a month, and Google's guidance for Target CPA is about 30 conversions in 30 days per campaign, so each conversion would need to cost about $20. We take trade businesses from about $1,500 a month in spend, because below that our fee would cost more than it could return. If you are starting smaller, run one Search campaign on your highest-value service, in your core suburbs, with call tracking from day one.
How do I claim the Google Ads credit for new advertisers?
Google offers businesses that have never advertised on Google Ads an ad credit once they reach a minimum spend, usually within their first 60 days. The amounts vary by offer and change over time, so the figure you have seen quoted may not be the one on offer in Australia today. Check the terms shown when you open the account. The credit is applied after a verification period of up to 35 days and typically has to be used within 60 days.
Can we meet at your Hamilton office?
Yes. Brisbane and South-East Queensland clients can work with us at the Hamilton office or have us come to them, at no extra charge. The free audit call can be in person at Hamilton or on Google Meet.
Do you run Google Ads for Queensland trades?
Yes, from about $500K in revenue and $1,500 a month in ad spend. Most of the value is in connecting ServiceM8, Tradify, simPRO, AroFlo or Fergus to Google so bidding learns from booked jobs. One Queensland detail: QBCC licensees have to show the name they are licensed under and their licence number in their advertising, and the QBCC lists websites and social media pages among the places that applies (section 54 of the QBCC Act). Landing pages we build or brief carry those details, but confirm what applies to your licence with the QBCC.
How we work with trade businessesDo you also handle SEO and Google Business Profile in Brisbane?
Yes. Local search and the Google Business Profile ring the same phone as the ads, so they run on the same engagement and are measured the same way. Our Brisbane digital marketing agency page covers the wider service.

Written proposal
Fixed scope, fixed number, written up. The proposal names deliverables, timeline, the people involved, and the price. No hourly billing, no retainer drift.
Step 03 · Within 2 weeks

Next step
Bring a month of calls and a month of booked jobs.
The free 30-minute profit audit runs at our Hamilton office or on Google Meet, with a senior operator. Bring your Google Ads account and the jobs your system booked in the same month. We will compare what Google counted with what you actually booked, in writing, and the findings are yours to keep.
